The project is located off the Long Touguan mountain, terrain elevation has 10 meters, landform presents irregular triangular; the design emphasizes idea of ecological cities, that making the buildings as part of the foot of the Long Touguan mountain, according to the sloped green roofs and plaza combine the mountain with city square effectively, to form a regional public buildings with low profile attributes.

　　该项目地处龙透关山下，地势高差10米，地形呈三角不规则形；设计中强调生态城市，将建筑作为龙透关山脚的一部分，通过斜面屋顶绿化及广场有效的将山体与城市广场结合起来，形成一个低调的具有地域从属性的城市公共建筑。
