The project is located in the core position of Jingkai district,Bijie city,with a total area of approximately 871000 square.The land is more foursquare, which inside was a typical hilly landscape, the overall land was lower from north to south,also has a good retention of the original vegetation and superior natural environment.The site is surrounded by the town planning roads, and the road planning network is thorough.
The project uses terrain for layout a heart-shaped curve path that runs through the whole land, along the road which runs through north to south, we set the third park, which is linked to the entire site, and there were two planning mountain parks in the land, ultimately formed the concept of “three parks”, that realize the design concept of mutual integration between human and parks truly. While, the third park will also be linked with business area, due to the presence of the park which has a good role in making popular gathering, that will making a very good atmosphere of business.

　　该项目位于毕节市小坝经开区核心位置，总景观面积约为87.1万方，用地较为方正，内部呈典型的丘陵地貌，总体呈北高南低的走向趋势，原始植被保留较好，自然环境优越，四周均为城市规划道路，规划路网交通完善。
　　该项目利用地形布置一条类似“心”形的曲线道路贯穿整个用地，沿着这条贯穿南北的道路设置了我们的第三公园，从而将整个用地都联系起来，同时用地内部又规划了两个山地公园，最终形成“三个公园”的概念，做到人与公园的真正的相互融合的设计理念。同时第三公园将商业带也联系起来，由于公园的存在有很好的集聚人气的作用使得商业拥有很好的氛围。
