The land of project is shaped in elongated strip,which is divided into three sections by two roads crossing the entire land space, each region has a good traffic conditions.Because the residential area which have a large area, close to the road, we use axis and the squares to link with the residential entrance and outside world,to form a plurality of transparent view corridors and landscape amorous feelings avenue.The whole design mainly use poly line to organize space,use the modern style to reflect the simplicity and fashion sense of site,while,interspersed rounded square as a landscape nodes. In premise of respecting the original terrain and natural resources,we have a development and utilization of water bodies,which water features throughout the site, improving the local micro-climate, at the same time meeting requirements of the everyday needs of water-based leisure for people.

　　该项目用地的形状呈长条状，两条道路横穿场地将整个用地划分为三个部分， 每个区域皆拥有良好的交通地理条件。由于住宅区紧邻道路，且占地面积较大，在设计时多采用轴线与广场将小区出入口与外界联系起来，形成多个通透的观景视线走廊与景观风情大道。整个设计主要运用折线进行空间的组织，以现代风格体现场地的简洁感与时尚感，同时穿插圆形广场作为景观节点。

　　场地内部在尊重原始地形与自然资源的前提下，对水体进行开发利用，将水景贯穿于整个场地之中，在改善居住区内局部小气候的同时，满足人们日常所需的亲水休闲活动。
