The residential landscape area combined with the surrounding commercial square will be built into a high-quality integrated residential complex.Residential area landscape is given priority to with the atrium landscape, combined with the local landscape garden, activities, the fitness field, etc., make the person feel the landscape characteristics of large scale, and can meet the demand of residents of illicit close space.In detail design aspect, design the landscape sketch that accords with architectural style.

        商业广场片区，根据时代广场的综合主题，将其建设为集商业娱乐居住为一体的商业综合体。设计重点在于广场硬质空间的打造，运用线型铺装、造型小品及灯光装饰，营造极强的现代艺术感，使其与建筑风格形成强烈的对比，同时与时代广场的主题相呼应。

        住宅景观区，结合周围的商业广场，将其打造为一个高品质的综合住宅小区。小区景观空间以中庭景观为主，结合局部的景观游园、活动健身场地等，使人在小场地感受到大尺度景观空间的同时，又可以满足住户的私密空间需求。在细节方面的打造，也主要配置与建筑风格相符的景观小品。
